The Sunday Times & The Silver Apples!

We were chuffed to bits when small business and enterprise journo Rachel Bridge of The Sunday Times contacted us to discuss the culture of ‘Pop-up’ and how our business utilises it. Our pop-up tea room is one of three strands of our business (the others being catering and, suppliers of delicious foodstuffs to other local businesses).

Since we left the foundations of The Silver Apples on Burton Road, we have taken  our pop-up vintage tea room to the road and we are loving the results. Whether we’re pitching up at the gorgeous Altrincham Vintage Fair, creating a vintage china haven at home for afternoon tea, or accompanying a 40′s tea dance, it really is one of the most fun ways we can find to work! It looks beautiful, tastes even better and we can totally transform (nearly!) any space.

Anyhow, she’s the professional and puts the joys of pop-up business better than us. SO check out the article (online, ask your neighbour,or maybe you bought it aready?!).
