Here at Silver Apples, we love it when a client is having an event with a theme and so when we catered for a party this weekend with a Moroccan twist, we put together a seasonal, fresh and delicious menu just bursting with flavour!
We dished up scrumptious slow cooked lamb tagine with apricots and pomegranate cous cous and shredded chicken, chickpea and spinach stew with slow roasted red pepper and cinnamon. It was accompanied by baskets full of flat breads and pots loaded with fresh, lemony hummus and baba ghanoush.
To round the meal off we served up big wooden boards of our divine homemade baklava, orange and almond syrup cake topped with edible gold leaf and rose water and pistacio cake with pots of steaming hot coffee and peppermint tea.
It was a simply beautiful evening that showcased simple, delicious and seasonal ingredients at there best.
