Lights, Camera, Action!

So, this week we were back on set for the lovely MOB Film Production, Manchester.
We knew it was going to be a great job to cater for anyway, but after we had to sign a disclaimer to stop us chin-wagging about the big star involved, it was even more fun!

We pitched up and laid out rolls stuffed with bacon, fruit platters, toast, teacakes, pots of jam and honey, lashing of teas, coffees, herbals, iced water and a HUGE jar rammed full with homebaked chocolate and ginger biscotti.

Next up it was lunchtime (it’s hard work on set!!) so we dished up a hearty stew with roast garlic and thyme new potatos, feta, pea & mint tarts, homemade slaw with beets, pasta, brocolli and extra mature welsh cheddar bakes, carrot, orange and leaf green salads, delish homemade crusty bread, cous cous salad with raost veg & pomegranite and of course…..a cake table. Laden with banana and toffee layer cake, bakewell tart and chocolate goldrush and homemade biscuits.

We left cast and crew with stuffed wraps, salad, fruit platters, more cakes (!) and stew pots for the evening.
